I was very dissatisfied by the dental office where I used to receive treatment so after reading in my community paper that you were a new office in the area, I decided to give you a try. I was pleasantly surprised! The office was spotless, and the equipment state of the art. I was greeted in a friendly and efficient manner by your receptionist, Gail, when I walked in. You dental assistant, Lilly, was also friendly and sociable, even taking the time to place sunglasses on me so as to filter out the harsh light of the equipment! I found the treatment I received (x-rays, a cleaning and a couple of fillings) to be excellent with no pain involved. Neither during the procedure, nor later in the day as the Novocain wore off. I find this a mark of very high skill. You answered my questions completely and at no time did I feel as if I was being “rushed”.  I feel that you are a very fine dentist with a very good staff and I would highly recommend you, and have already, to family and friends.

     I just wanted to tell you how pleased I am with my implants. After years of dealing with dentures that were loose fitting and always having to carry denture adhesive with me. Now it’s like I have my own teeth again. After many appointments with other dentist that were way too much money, I found you. You were so pleasant and explained everything so that I could understand. 

     When the day came for me to get the implants, I was afraid and you were gentle and explained as we went along and put my fears to rest. I was so happy that I told my husband Greg he should do the same, which he did. He is also happy with his. 

     The people you have working for you are excellent. They have become like family to me. You are also like family to me. I cannot thank you enough for a job well done! 

     I tell everyone about you and how good you are. I like the fact that you did everything on site.

I was referred to your office by a friend. I was having tremendous pain and your office saw me the same day I called even though I was a new to your office. I had a terrible abscess which you treated quickly and saw me very kindly through the week as the infection was huge. After the pain subsided I made a visit for a free consultation as to what I should do. I haven't had teeth in the back of my lower left jaw in several years. We decided on an implant to give me a chewing surface. I never even thought of my missing tooth as a chewing surface! I was a little hesitant but you were running a special and I had previous quotes from other dentist but not only was yours the best price, but I had a good feeling about you and the office. 

Well, it's five months later and it turns out my intuition was right. My implant was a breeze. I had it done and went to work and needed only one ibuprofen. Three months later I had the implant crown put in my mouth. Wow, it feels great to actually have a full set of teeth and to be able to chew. I've just completed my second implant and once again, no problems, it was a breeze.

You and your staff are kind, caring and I look forward to my visits. Your receptionist and I have a lot in common and I enjoy spending a few moments to catch up with her. I have a beautiful smile and now I think I'll try a whitening product. There's nothing like a nice smile to make you feel confident while meeting with various people as I do in my job. I have referred you to several friends and co-workers and would rate you number 1 in this area. Thank you! 

I was referred to your dental office by my 24 year-old daughter Erica.  Erica, as well as I, had been seeing the same dentist for over 15 years.  My past dentist did not accept her insurance plan so she found Apex Dental Care.  Wow! What a difference. My old dentist was NOT up to date with his equipment like Apex is, NOT doing all of the work that Dr. Shmurak does, and did NOT seem to care as deeply as you guys do.  I had a lot of work done by Dr. Shmurak and I was comfortable at all times.           I myself do not have insurance and your office worked out a payment plan with me so that I could be PAIN FREE!

I am sending you this e-mail in the hopes of letting others who may be requiring dentistry work know what my and Etta's experience has been. We came to Apex on the recommendation of a friend. We left our previous service not because they were bad dentists but because their costs became prohibitive.

My yellow and uneven teeth have been a huge source of self-consciousness for me throughout the years. The only thing holding me back from having porcelain veneers was that many veneers that I saw in real-life were thick and very unnatural-looking. I thought I would be trading in one problem for another. My daughter, Michaela, had to have some work done on her teeth, but with her fear and our hectic schedules, getting in a dentist was very difficult. I was impressed with the doctors' knowledge and how he explained everything to me in a way I could understand. It’s nice to know what will be done to you. Plus, I experienced minimal pain, even during the Novocain injection: thanks to warm anesthetic and a little vibrating device, Dr. Shmurak uses routinely. Also the doctor made it clear that I can call him at anytime should I have any questions or concerns. Overall the experience was the most comfortable I have ever experienced at a dentist’s office.
